چکیده
Standardization efforts to define radiated metrics and test methods for verifying millimeter-wave (mmWave) new radio (NR) devices are currently ongoing. Multi-probe anechoic chamber (MPAC) method, which is capable of reproducing spatial fading channels in the zone, selected as reference solution NR device testing. It importance ensure that defined testing propagation environment zone correctly implemented. In this paper, a novel algorithm proposed determine wideband power-angle-delay profile reconstructed mmWave NR. The shown be generic (applicable both 2D 3D setup), applicable near-field far-field conditions robust (i.e. insensitive measurement distance errors).

Millimeter-wave Radio over Fiber System for Broadband Wireless Communication
The wireless networking has attracted much interest in past decades, owing to its high mobility. People can connect their devices such as PDAs, mobile phones or computers to a network by radio signals anywhere in home, garden or office without the need for wires. The global growth of mobile subscribers is much faster than wireline ones, as the Figure 1 shows (Yungsoo et al., 2003). The number o...

Millimeter waves are electromagnetic waves with wavelengths of 1 to 10 mm in vacuum, and they were discovered experimentally in the 19th century (Wiltse, 1984). In 1946, the most unique feature of millimeter waves, oxygen absorption at 60 GHz, was reported, which results in the rapid attenuation of electromagnetic waves in the air (Beringer, 1946). Although the oxygen absorption makes long-dist...

متن کاملTheory, Techniques and Validation of Over-the-Air Test Methods for Evaluating the Performance of MIMO User Equipment
Several over-the-air (OTA) test methods have been proposed to characterize the radiated performance of multiple input multiple output (MIMO) devices. Knowing that antenna gain and spatial correlation are important factors to system performance, it has become necessary to include OTA testing of MIMO antenna performance. This paper will discuss three predominant OTA test methods including the two...

We describe some of our recent results on DWDM mm-wave radio-on-fiber (RoF) technology for future broadband wireless systems. A supercontinuum (SC) light source is a promising multiwavelength light source for the system with photonic up-conversion. Multiplexing and demultiplexing schemes for optical frequency interleaving in order to extend the number of antenna base stations can be constructed...
